A Nice Lady

A visual artist in her mid-30s, struggling with impulse control and loneliness, meets a charismatic young couple in Central Park and invites them to live in her rent-controlled UWS apartment. When they help her finally make money from her art, her fears and obsessions spiral, threatening to destroy the very connection she craved.
