In Washington DC, weed is decriminalized but not legalized. A loophole allows interested parties to gift each other products alongside a legal purchase. Around the district, houses throw pop-up parties to do just that. Invited to her first pop-up party, budding artist and struggling college senior Miriam must shift her priorities after she discovers the corpse of the host. This dark comedy,murder-mystery is a concept piece for a feature film.
