Spare the Rod

The town-mothers call on Mighty Mouse to aid the city where the juveniles are all delinquents, who threaten to ruin the town and end up as criminals. The super-mouse wins the respect and admiration of the delinquent mice by his deeds of heroism while saving them from death, and they all reform and turn into ideal schoolboys.
