Das Testament des Dr. Mabuse

Inspector Lohmann is back investigating a string of heists. He begins to suspect Dr. Mabuse to be behind the crimes, which leads him to investigate Professor Pohland, the man running the insane asylum in which Mabuse is incarcerated.
